Semi-private training makes sure you keep your form as you strength train. Great staff. Good feedback from the trainers. Very responsive. Great experience.

This is the best gym I've ever belonged to! The trainers are incredible-enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and friendly. They really take the time to get to know each and every member. They are available to talk to you and they work with you to tailor the work out to you so that you get the most out of every workout!
The facility is well taken care of-it's very clean and the equipment is in good shape.
I've taken both semi and group classes and I enjoy the small group atmosphere. It's great to have a trainer available during each training to ensure that I am working to the best of my ability.
The trainers are enthusiastic and upbeat, and the group and semi classes are well planned from the warm up to the cool down. I would recommend (and I have recommended) this gym to everyone I know and meet!
